Are you a skilled Sign Language Interpreter looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a student's education? Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a 1:1 SLI for the 2024-2025 school year in Burwell, Nebraska.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 sign language interpretation services to a first-grade student
- Assist the student with munication and understanding in the classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure the student's academic and social success
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the student and provide effective support
Schedule: Full-time, in-person
Pay Rate: $30-35/hour
