Key Responsibilities
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.This full-time position will cover a K-8th grade caseload across two school locations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with various communication disorders and will be ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-8
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active VASLP Licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience in a school setting, working with K-8th grade students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work across two school locations
