Job Description :
Soliant isseeking a dedicated and experienced School Behavior Aide to join our team for the remainder of the school year in California. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students who need additional support in their academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges.
Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and classroom management strategies.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student success.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a behavior aide or in a similar role.
Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques and strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain patient and adaptable in challenging situations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in behavior management is a plus.
