Position: Full-time, Resource Teacher

Start Date: March 3, 2025

Location: Cranston, RI (Providence area)

Caseload: 15 students, Grades 9-12

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Were looking for a dedicated, Rhode Island certified Special Education teacher to join our team! As a Special Education teacher, you will be responsible for supporting students in a resource model, providing targeted interventions for a caseload of 15 high school students. Your role will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students academic and behavioral needs are met.

Qualifications

• Must hold Rhode Island Secondary SPED certification
• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field
• Knowledge of the Rhode Island Special Education process and procedures
• Ability to work effectively with other professionals (teachers, counselors, etc.)
