Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Pay: $35-45/hour
Caseload(s): Grades 9-12
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Donaldsonville, LA areafor the 2024-25 school year. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Louisiana Special Education Certification required
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to meeting the unique needs of students with disabilities
Job Details:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
