Location : Near Hale Center, TX
Job Type : Full-time, school-based position
Hourly Rate : Up to $35 per hour, based on experience
Schedule : Monday - Friday, during school hours
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
Provide specialized instruction in a supportive and inclusive environment
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet students' needs
Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning atmosphere
Track and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Texas Special Education Teaching Certification (required)
Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
