Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
- Arizona State Certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification)

- Strong understanding of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and 504 plans
- Ability to collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families

- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Modify and adapt lessons to meet the specific learning needs of students
