Contract: 2024-2025 School Year

Position Type: Full-Time (No Case Management, Co-Teaching/Pushing into Gen Ed)

Soliant Education is seeking a Special Education Teacher for an onsite position in Prior Lake, MN. This is a co-teaching role with a Gen Ed teacher, where you will push into Gen Ed classrooms to provide support to students with special needs. There is no case management required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Co-teach and provide support to students in the general education classroom
• Push into Gen Ed classes to assist students with special needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt lesson plans and materials
• Ensure students have the tools and support to succeed in their academic environment
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  
  

Requirements

• Must hold a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Special Education Teaching License in Minnesota
• Previous experience in co-teaching or supporting students in a general education setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be available to work for the duration of the 2024-2025 school year
