About the Role: We are seeking talented and dedicated Special Education Teachers for Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) to join our team in the Harrisburg, Oregon area. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive special education services, including assessment, individualized instruction, and support for young children with special needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of each child.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve educational goals.
• Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at a single location or splitting time between multiple sites.
• Address a wide range of developmental and educational needs, including cognitive, social-emotional, and motor skills development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or Early Childhood Education.
• Special Education: Generalist licensure from TSPC with authorization level PreK-12, or ODE EI/ECSE Authorization, or the ability to obtain it.
• Experience in early childhood special education preferred.
• Excellent munication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
