We are searching for a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher ready to make a positive impact in the lives of students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide exceptional support to students in an inclusive, resource, or self-contained classroom setting.

Grade Level : K-12
Type : Full-Time
Focus Areas : Learning and / or Emotional / Behavioral Needs
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
Provide direct instruction and support to students in inclusion, resource, or self-contained settings.
Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Use evidence-based strategies to address academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for student progress and compliance purposes.
Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and administrators to support student success.
Qualifications :
Must hold a New Hampshaire valid Special Education teaching license.
Experience working with students with learning and / or emotional / behavioral needs is preferred.
Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
