Job Title : Special Education Teacher (Elementary, Middle, High School)
Job Type : Full-Time
We are currently seeking 3 full-time, in-person Special Education Teachers to join our team at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. This position is ideal for educators with experience supporting students with Autism , developmental delays , and other intensive needs . The selected candidates will provide individualized instruction and support in the classroom to help students achieve their academic and social goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide specialized instruction and support to students with Autism , developmental delays , and other intensive needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff to create a fully inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Track student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and provide interventions as necessary.
Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Communicate effectively with families to update them on student progress, challenges, and successes.
Required Credentials / Non-Negotiables :
State certification in Special Education (or equivalent).
Previous experience working in school-based settings with students who have Autism , developmental delays , or more intensive needs .
In-person teaching only Virtual Special Education teachers will not be considered.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs.
