We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. If you are passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals, we would love to hear from you!

Position Details

• Location: Kansas City, MO
• Role: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students with speech and language disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support the development and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid State of Missouri SLPA License or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in a school or clinical setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to working with students.
