Job Description

Soliant is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a school-based setting near De Pere, WI. This position is ideal for experienced SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking mentorship and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Deliver therapy services to students, tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and evaluations.
  
  

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology License.
• ASHA CCCs preferred but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based services.
• Ability to pass a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction background check.

• Completion of a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license for SLPs is required to work in schools.
