Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience working with children, preferably in schools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
- Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations & modifications
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers
