Position Overview: We're searching for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of munication and swallowing disorders. From pediatric clients taking their first steps in speech development to seniors seeking support for age-related issues, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact through personalized care and innovative therapy techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-munication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and educators, to ensure prehensive care.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outes.
- Empower clients and their families with practical strategies and techniques to support munication and swallowing function in daily life.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certification of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for certification.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups is highly valued.
- Exceptional munication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
