Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each clients needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and reevaluation of client progress.
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered.
- Stay current with best practices and advances in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or pending
