Speech Language Pathologist | Hartford, CT

This role is ideal for professionals who are eager to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. We welcome applications from new graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs)!

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students speech and language skills.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student growth.
• Provide direct therapy and monitor students' progress consistently.
• Keep detailed records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of educational objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current or pending licensure to practice in Connecticut.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates and CFs.
• Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
