Speech Language Pathologist Opening - Scranton, PA

Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required.

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Itinerant Role

We are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool-aged students across multiple Early Childcare Centers in Lackawanna County (primarily Scranton/Dunmore). This itinerant position will help manage caseload overflows by traveling between preschools on a set schedule.

Position Details

• Schedule: 32.5 hours per week (8:15 AM 3:15 PM)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: August 1, 2025
• Location: Onsite, traveling between multiple preschool locations
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to preschool-aged students
• Follow a set schedule while traveling between Early Childcare Centers
• Write and manage IEPs, complete billing, and track progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student communication needs
  
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered)
• Ability to obtain/complete PA clearances
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites
