Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Reading, Michigan. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of students with diverse communication challenges.
- Provide therapy services to students individually or in small groups to improve their communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development in educational settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Michigan state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
