Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to create and implement customized treatment plans that support clients' munication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive assessments of speech, language, and munication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions utilizing various techniques and tools.
- Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate client success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
