Position Details
- Discipline:Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Dates: 8/5/2024-5/20/2025
- Hours: Full-time; 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload/Details: Around 40 students, 2nd Grade - 8th Grade
- Onsite
- Number of open positions: 1
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions targeting speech and language goals
- Monitor and meticulously document patient progress
- Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Engage and educate families in the therapy process
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possess current state licensure in Louisiana
- Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Preferred experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
