Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with middle school students is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and collaborate with teachers to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students with academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
- Support and consult with teachers and staff on classroom management and student needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide mental health programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with parents, school counselors, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.
