Job Description:
Bradley, California, is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves providing prehensive speech and language services to students within our supportive school munity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address each student's unique munication needs.
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary to ensure positive outes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, progress reports, and billing records in pliance with state regulations and school district policies.
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California.
- Certification from the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board (SLPAB), or eligibility for certification.
- Certification from the California mission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in schools (or eligibility for certification).
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong understanding of educational policies, procedures, and regulations related to special education services.
- Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Preferred experience working with students in educational settings.
