Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and caring Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Brillion, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on students lives while working in a collaborative and supportive educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy for students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and assessments.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student development plans.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure).
- ASHA certification preferred.
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
