- PreK-Elementary caseload
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students to identify speech/language disorders, delays, and other communication challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed, and providing regular updates to parents and staff.
- Ensure all services comply with federal and state guidelines, including IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development and implementation.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education) and IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) knowledge preferred.
- Non Teaching Illinois Endorsement required to work in a school setting
