Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Zion, IL. This is a full-time contract position, working 35 hours per week with an elementary caseload. The assignment begins as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the school year.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Elementary Caseload Near Zion, IL
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Zion, IL. This is a full-time contract position, working 35 hours per week with an elementary caseload. The assignment begins as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the school year.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development for students
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Illinois
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs may be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
