Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Madison Heights, VA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with students to support their communication needs.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Caseload: K-12 students (specific details to be provided during the interview).
• Location: Onsite in Madison Heights, VA.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Virginia state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• School-based experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
