Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Monroe, MI
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team in Monroe, MI. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students.
Position Details
- Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Caseload: Elementary to middle school students
- On-site position
- Start Date: ASAP or at your earliest convenience
- End Date: End of the school year, with potential for renewal
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Provide speech therapy interventions to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with staff and parents for student success
- Develop and implement IEPs
- Document services provided and attend IEP meetings
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Michigan State Licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCCs (preferred but not required)
- School-based experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Passion for working with children and improving communication skills
