We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Harbeson, DE. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with students in a supportive and dynamic environment, helping them improve their communication skills and academic performance.
Duties
- Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy for students
- Create individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Focus on articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students progress
- Document therapy sessions and student progress
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Delaware state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
