We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Nassau, DE. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills and achieve academic success.
Duties
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Focus on articulation, language development, social communication, and fluency
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records
- Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Delaware licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome
- Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
