- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK-8th grade students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Provide direct therapy services that target a range of speech and language skills.
- Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning goals.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for speech therapy services in schools.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Wisconsin SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
- Experience working with PreK-8th grade students preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
