Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district for a full-time position, with part-time availability also considered. The selected candidate will work with students to assess and treat communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families to support student success.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to support student communication development
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the applicable state
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs may be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
