Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Indiana School-Based Position

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Indiana for the remainder of the current school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 caseload, with a primary focus on PreK-2nd grade students and additional support for 3rd-8th grade students.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 50 students, primarily PreK-2nd grade
• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to support student learning and communication
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Indiana state SLP license
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
  
  

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) starting as soon as possible and running through the end of the current school year.
