Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve students' communication abilities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy progress and outcomes.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to goal development.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Ohio.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
