Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- If applying as an SLPA, work under the supervision of a licensed SLP (a supervising SLP will be hired if needed).
- For SLP: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current California SLP license, and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- For SLPA: Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or equivalent, current California SLPA license, and relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
