Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a Wisconsin school district for the 2025-2026 academic year. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to support speech and language development throughout the full school year. The position runs from August 25, 2025, to June 5, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students' communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
- Adhere to school district policies and state regulations regarding speech therapy services
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFs may be considered
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
