Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Wisconsin School District

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Wisconsin for the 2025-2026 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about working with students and helping them achieve their communication goals in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students' communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
• Adhere to school district policies and state regulations regarding speech therapy services
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFs may be considered
• Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
