Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. In this role, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions utilizing various techniques and tools.
- Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate client success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
