Key Responsibilities
- SLPs: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- SLPAs: Support SLPs in delivering therapy services, assisting with the implementation of treatment plans and carrying out therapeutic activities under supervision.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
- Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at one location or splitting time between multiple sites.
- Address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure in South Carolina.
- Preferably some experience in a healthcare or educational setting.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
