Minimum 1 years paraprofessional or special education experience required.
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a W2 contracted position starting January 6, 2025 , and continuing through June 13, 2025 .
Position Details :
Hours : 8 : 15 AM 3 : 45 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Caseload : 10-15 students
Pay Rate : $25 and up per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities :
Provide support to students in the classroom and during other school activities.
Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements :
Experience working with students in a school or similar setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
