Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and support to DHH students across K-12 grades.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external professionals to support student needs.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and services provided.
- Must hold a valid teaching license with certification in Deaf Education or Hearing Impairment.
- Experience working with DHH students, preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of best practices and methodologies in Deaf Education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
