Description

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled CVOR Tech for an exciting travel assignment in Green Bay, WI. This position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cardiac surgery unit while experiencing the charm and energy of this iconic Midwest city, home of the Packers and rich local culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist surgeons during procedures such as CABG, valve replacements, and other complex cardiovascular surgeries.
• Handle and ensure the proper function of specialized surgical instruments and equipment.
• Perform surgical counts and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of surgical procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a CVOR or cardiac surgery setting.
• Active Wisconsin state license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• BLS certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
