Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Silver Spring, Maryland. Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule Options: 5x8s or 4x10s per week

Job Highlights

As an IR Tech in Silver Spring, youll play a critical role by performing specialized diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab units. This position requires you to work in a high-acuity setting, responding to emergency cases with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of interventional radiology procedures, including angiograms, vascular imaging, and catheter placements
• Support the Cath Lab team with cardiac interventions as needed
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and assist in trauma cases in the IR unit
• Ensure high-quality imaging results for accurate diagnostics
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent IR experience, preferably in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Certifications Required:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT certification with advanced registry in:
• Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (CI)
• Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI)
• Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CV)
• Highly Preferred: Additional ARRT specialization certifications
