Soliant Health is currently seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Wausau, WI. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patients conditions, administering medications as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and health maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg RN experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
