Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging studies in compliance with physician orders.
• Operate advanced nuclear medicine equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain and calibrate nuclear imaging equipment for optimal performance.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records.
  
  

Requirements

• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification (required).
• Active South Carolina state license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in nuclear medicine technology.
• Strong knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and imaging protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
