Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging procedures, including general, OB/GYN, vascular, and abdominal studies.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to interpret findings and deliver accurate results.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of procedures.
• Follow established protocols for patient care and safety, including infection control measures.
  
  

Requirements

• ARDMS certification (required).
• Active Virginia state license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Proficiency in multiple modalities (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
