Key Responsibilities
- Provide teletherapy speech and language services to K-12 students.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students communication goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide guidance to school staff on communication strategies.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
- Experience with IEPs and special education processes.
