Job Description: Soliant Health is searching for a dedicated Travel X-ray Tech to join a healthcare facility in Charleston, West Virginia for a 13-week travel contract. This position offers a mixed schedule, consisting of two 12-hour shifts (7:00am 7:30pm) and two 8-hour shifts (7:00am 3:30pm) each week. If you have at least 2 years of experience in X-ray technology and are ready to take on a new adventure in a friendly, supportive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging on patients, ensuring accurate results
• Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols
• Provide exceptional patient care, including assisting patients into the proper position for imaging
• Work closely with radiologists and medical staff to ensure proper procedures and evaluations
• Maintain patient records and document results in the hospitals system
• Ensure the X-ray equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-ray Tech
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Active West Virginia state license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
