This is a potentially full-time on-site role for a Sawyer, Yard Lead at Solid Building Corp. The role involves operating machines, hand tools, saws, band saws, and forklifts to assist in our timber frames and produce high quality beams.
Qualifications
- Machine Operation and Forklift Operation skills
- Knowledge of Hand Tools and Saws
- Experience with Band Saws
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical strength and stamina for outdoor labor
- Prior experience in timber framing/ woodwork prefered
