Solid Commercial Solutions is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to be based out of the Marietta, GA office.
THE ROLE
The Operations Coordinator owns and manages specific customer accounts to meet and exceed customer expectations on a daily basis. Their expert customer service provides the most effective use of our Technician’s skills to match our customer's needs. They help demonstrate that Solid Commercial Solutions has a thorough understanding of our customers' needs resulting in exceptional service.

Top Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions including escalations, updates and inquiries with the goal of minimizing the need for updates by working with team members to keep the the customer proactively informed.
- Review field technicians' work to review quality level and that it addresses customers' needs.
- Communicate pricing increases and request approval from customers for work that can be completed as same-day service.
- Build estimates and quotes for work that cannot be completed as same-day service.
- Coordinate with Dispatch to prioritize work orders.
- Connect with customers and build appropriate rapport to provide effective and proactive communication regarding the status of their service requests.
- Work closely with the Leadership team to adjust focus based on their guidance and feedback.
- Provide excellent customer service with inbound customer inquiries as well as outbound follow-up calls
- Must be able to respond to inquiries quickly and accurately to best utilize resources
Qualifications
- 3 years or more experience in account management or project management within facilities management, corporate real estate, construction, or skilled trades.
- Knowledge of the Atlanta metro area
- Experience building or reviewing estimates, quotes, or pricing for construction or maintenance projects.
- Fluent with Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Teams; experience working with Smartsheet, CRM systems and scheduling systems a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork, and creative energy to achieve success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving skills
- Needs to be a confident communicator
- Ability to be receptive to constructive feedback from leadership and/or customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree a plus.
